StreamEasy terms

Version 3. These are the terms you agree to in the app before joining a race.

By joining, you agree that:

• 163 Productions may show your camera's video and sound, live and in recordings of the show, including replays, highlights and promotion, without payment, and may edit it.
• Nothing streams until the production team picks you. They can stop your feed at any time.
• You own what you film, and you give 163 Productions a free, worldwide, permanent licence to use it as above.
• You will film safely and legally: stay in spectator areas, follow track and marshal instructions, and never film while driving.
• You won't film anything offensive, private, or that you don't have the right to share.
• The production team sees your first name, still pictures, location and battery while you are checked in. Your email is used to credit your on-air time. See the privacy policy: https://163productions.com/privacy
• You film at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, 163 Productions is not liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind, including to you, your phone or your data plan, arising from using the app or filming at an event.
• You can leave at any time in the app.
